The Administrative Council will meet at least quarterly. The primary focus of the Council is to handle administrative matters only: budget, policy, elections, etc. and not deal with the day-to-day programming issues. Emergency meetings may be held if necessary. Members are elected for one year, the only exception being Lay Member and Alternate Lay Member of Annual Conference who are elected for four years.

Members of the Administrative Council include chairperson; vice chairperson; lay leader; lay member and alternate lay member of Annual Conference; youth representative; recording secretary; treasurer; financial secretary; chairperson of Finance and Stewardship Committee; chairperson of Pastor, Staff, Parish Relations Committee; Council on Ministries chair and vice chair; Christian Education co-chairs; chairperson of Trustees; Worship and Music chair; Nurture, Care, and Health chair; Missions chair, Evangelism chair; and pastor.
